Return Policy

All of our pieces are limited, so therefore all sales are final. 

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving. If the 3 days have passed since the item was delivered, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tag attached, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please email us at elizagracecustomerservice@gmail.com stating your order number, the issues with your item, and a picture. Once we receive your item, we will email you letting you know we got it. Then we will give you the choice to return for a full refund or if we have another in the same size you can request a new one.
